Building on a background of extensive construction experience, the Hurricane Construction, LLC team is knowledgeable in every phase of the construction process. Chuck Coyle owner/operator brings over 20 years experience and knowledge in the construction field. Mr. Coyle business accompanied by an impeccable reputation and a remarkable resume.e has been involved in construction from the bottom up starting as a laborer at a young age to becoming a Machine Operator, Site Supervisor, Clerk of Works, Project Manager, and Vice President of Construction. For the residential side of the business Mr. Coyle has built from ground up over 30 custom homes, fire and water restoration for some of the larger insurance companies in the New England area, HUD, and section eight housing for City of Hartford, Bridgeport, and Meriden.
